Job summary

Chubb is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration Engineering Lead in Philadelphia, PA to drive design, delivery, and operation of IAM solutions across the global enterprise. You will lead the migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud, establish governance, and partner with auditors and security teams to deliver secure, scalable identity governance.

The role combines engineering depth with leadership across architecture, delivery, and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading Identity Governance and Assurance projects.
• Hands-on engineering team leadership with strong development, architectural, and leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering identity governance solutions in global enterprise environments.
• Experience with SOX, data residency, global delivery, and large-scale identity platform transformations.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Cloud, or similar IGA platforms.
• Ability to translate requirements into architecture, design, and repeatable delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery for Identity Governance platforms to ensure long-term serviceability.
• Drive migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud with stakeholders.
• Translate global requirements into architecture and implementation approaches.
• Design frameworks for automated onboarding patterns and connectors for onboarding and SRE teams.
• Establish governance, standards, and delivery practices across IAM to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with auditors, security leaders, and cross-functional teams on SOX and compliance initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across development, architecture, deployment, and operations.
• Share patterns with centralized IAM peers to grow team and function.
• Apply AI to improve productivity, quality, and security outcomes.
