Job summary

Chubb Identity Governance & Administration Engineering Lead is a hands-on engineering leader responsible for designing, delivering, and operationalizing IAM solutions across a global enterprise. You will drive the migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud while shaping governance, onboarding patterns, and automated delivery for 50+ countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading major Identity Governance and Assurance projects.
• Hands-on engineering leadership with strong development, architecture, and delivery skills.
• Proven experience delivering identity governance solutions in global enterprise environments.
• Experience with SOX, data residency, global delivery, and large-scale identity platform transformation.
• Deep knowledge of onboarding patterns, connectors, and operationalization of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Cloud, or similar IGA platforms.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into repeatable, automated delivery patterns.
• Proven collaboration with auditors, security leaders, and stakeholders.
• AI knowledge to improve productivity, security, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery for Identity Governance and Assurance platforms.
• Drive migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud.
• Translate requirements into architecture and implementation approaches for global IGA delivery.
• Design frameworks for onboarding patterns, connectors, and repeatable delivery.
• Establish governance and delivery practices to improve consistency and control.
• Collaborate with auditors and security leaders on SOX and compliance.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across development and operations.
• Share patterns with IAM peers to scale the function.
• Apply AI to improve engineering productivity and security outcomes.
