Job summary

SDG Corporation is seeking a Senior SailPoint ISC Developer to lead enterprise identity governance initiatives. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot SailPoint ISC for lifecycle management, authoritative source integration, and entitlements across multiple HR and SaaS systems.

You will collaborate with business analysts, application owners, and client stakeholders to deliver production-ready IGA outcomes, including artifact development, deployment steps, and run books for managed services

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity Governance and Administration.
• 3+ years hands-on SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow implementation experience.
• Experience with HRIS integrations (Workday preferred).
• Strong understanding of provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement governance.
• Ability to work independently at L3 engineering level.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SailPoint ISC capabilities across identity lifecycle and governance.
• Validate identity schema and mappings during HRIS migrations.
• Configure connectors and integrations for HR systems, SaaS apps, and databases.
• Maintain lifecycle scripts and align with SailPoint ISC workflows.
• Support NERM/non-employee governance including contractor onboarding and attestations.
• Perform identity data cleanup, reconciliation, and RBAC support.
• Execute testing and support QA/UAT with defect triage and evidence capture.
• Prepare documentation and handover materials for managed services.
• Collaborate with analysts, owners, QA, and managed services teams.
