Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an IAM Manager focused on Identity Governance & Administration to shape the IGA strategy and multi-year roadmaps across access requests, lifecycle events, provisioning, RBAC, and certifications.

You will lead the IGA program, collaborate with IT leaders, and drive adoption, speed to market, and resiliency of IGA platforms like SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, while guiding governance, risk, and certifications efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Information Security experience with hands-on IGA platforms.
• 3+ years leading or managing an enterprise IGA program.
• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud.
• Experience integrating IGA with ServiceNow-like platforms.
• Knowledge of least privilege, RBAC, and separation of duties.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement new IGA capabilities driving enterprise strategy.
• Own enterprise IGA strategy and multi-year roadmaps across access lifecycle and certifications.
• Establish IGA policies, standards, and governance processes.
• Provide technical leadership for IGA platforms and services.
• Architect and troubleshoot IGA solutions with documentation and use cases.
• Drive automation, self-service, and resiliency in IGA offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and risk management.
• Lead change, communications, and training for IAM initiatives.
