Job summary

ATALNT is seeking an experienced IGA Platform, Workflow & Configuration Engineer to support identity governance solutions within a federal environment. Qualifications

• 1+ years of ICAM/IAM/IGA experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience configuring or administering identity governance, IAM, workflow, or access management platforms
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, workflows, roles, or entitlements
• Active Top Secret clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility
• Ability to support core business hours and occasional after-hours/on-call requirements

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer SailPoint IGA platform capabilities
• Support joiner, mover, and leaver identity lifecycle workflows
• Configure access requests, approvals, certifications, roles, and entitlements
• Support RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, SOD, service accounts, and non-person entities
• Configure dashboards, reports, audit evidence, and operational monitoring
• Support workflow automation and approved scripting activities
• Troubleshoot provisioning, reconciliation, workflow, and administrative issues
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
• Support testing, cutover, hypercare, and ongoing operations

This role focuses on configuring and administering SailPoint IGA capabilities including identity lifecycle management, access requests, approvals, certifications, roles, entitlements, reporting, and workflow automation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with identity governance platforms, strong IAM fundamentals, and the ability to support secure enterprise environments.

Candidates must be local to the DMV area and able to work primarily onsite.

Preferred Experience

• SailPoint IdentityIQ administration or engineering experience
• Experience with SailPoint Lifecycle Manager, certification, provisioning, and workflow capabilities
• Experience with Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, REST, JSON, XML, or SQL
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, MFA, and enterprise directories
• Experience supporting federal, classified, or regulated environments
