Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in leading IGA projects.
• Hands on leadership with architecture and delivery experience.
• Experience with global enterprise IGA programs (SOX, data residency).

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery for Identity Governance platforms ensuring long-term serviceability.
• Drive migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud.
• Translate requirements into architecture and implementation approaches for global IGA delivery.
• Design frameworks to automate onboarding patterns, connectors, and SRE delivery.
• Establish governance and delivery standards to improve consistency and control.
• Collaborate with auditors and security leaders on SOX and compliance initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across development, deployment, and operations.
• Share patterns with IAM peers and contribute to broader identity strategy.
• Apply AI to improve productivity, quality, and security.
