Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to lead the delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) products and capabilities across enterprise infrastructure and business applications.

You will develop the IGA strategy and multi-year roadmaps, collaborating with IT leaders to meet timelines and regulations while driving adoption and resiliency of IGA platforms such as SailPoint. A strong leadership and security background is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Information Security experience with strong IGA focus.
• 3+ years leading or managing an enterprise IGA program or IGA engineering function.
• Hands-on and leadership experience with SailPoint or another enterprise IGA platform.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise identity governance strategies.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Experience with security governance, risk management, audits, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement IGA capabilities to drive the enterprise IGA strategy.
• Own the enterprise IGA strategy and multi-year plan including access requests, lifecycle events, and enforce role-based access.
• Establish IGA policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes.
• Provide technical leadership for IGA platforms and services including SailPoint.
• Architect and develop IGA solutions with documentation, use cases, requirements and test cases.
• Drive automation, self-service, and resiliency in IGA processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and roadmaps and monitor implementation.
