Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a senior documents operations leader to manage the IFM documents team. You will oversee requirement research, document language drafting, and cross-team processes for document creation and filing for new and existing business.

You will support performance, quality, and resource allocation for all IFM document generation teams and assist with implementation strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of health insurance contract operations plus 1 year in a leadership role OR 9 years of health insurance contract operations plus 1 year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of health products, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including helping teams document language and processes.
• Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills.
• Customer service acumen and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to manage staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the new IFM (Individual and Family Markets) team responsible for requirement research, document language drafting, and cross-team processes for document creation and filing.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, benefit specifications, and statutory requirements for new/existing business.
• Support performance, quality, and resource allocation for all IFM document generation teams.
• Assist with implementation strategies, projects, and initiatives.
