Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in health insurance contract operations and 1 year of management experience.
• Knowledge of health products, underwriting requirements, and contract/funding arrangements.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement research, document language drafting, and filing of customer-specific documents for IFM.
• Coordinate cross-team processes and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines, benefits specs, and regulatory needs.
• Support implementation strategies, projects, and resource allocation for IFM document generation teams.
