Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a Manager, Contract Administration Operations for the Individual & Family Markets to lead a new team focused on document language drafting, requirement research, and end-to-end document lifecycle for customer-specific materials.

The role requires 5+ years in health insurance contract operations with management experience, or 9+ years with leadership exposure, plus strong analytical, PM and communication skills. Hybrid in-office schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of health insurance contract operations experience, plus one year of management experience, or 9 years of health insurance contract operations experience plus one year of management experience.
• Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project management skills.
• Customer service experience and acumen.
• Leadership skills.
• Verbal and written communications skills to manage staff and operations, build relationships across the organization and with external key stakeholders, build consensus and issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Manage a new IFM team responsible for requirement research, document language drafting, and cross-team processes involved with document creation, maintenance/revision and filing of customer-specific documents.
• Support performance, overall quality and resource allocation to all IFM document generation teams.
• Support implementation strategies, projects and initiatives.
