Job summary

HCSC is seeking a leader to manage a new Individual and Family Markets (IFM) team responsible for requirement research, document language drafting, and cross-team processes involved with document creation, maintenance/revision and filing of customer-specific documents for new/existing business in accordance with corporate guidelines, benefit specifications, and statutory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of health insurance contract operations experience PLUS one year of management experience OR 9 years of health insurance contract operations experience PLUS one year of management experience.
• Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project management skills.
• Customer service experience and acumen.
• Leadership skills.
• Verbal and written communications skills to manage staff and operations, build relationships across the organization and with external key stakeholders, build consensus and issue resolution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of health insurance contract operations experience PLUS one year of management experience OR 9 years of health insurance contract operations experience PLUS one year of management experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• J. D. degree or 4 years' experience in a leadership role with independent decision-making.

• Knowledge of corporate marketing practices, health insurance product lines.


• Experience managing cross-team processes involving regulatory objection flows.

This position is expected to adhere to HCSC's hybrid flex policy of 3 days in office/wk

Compensation: $92,700.00 - $167,500.00
