Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a Manager of Contract Administration Operations to lead the unit responsible for producing and managing customer-specific documents across group and retail markets. The role oversees document drafting, vetting, filing, and maintains master data to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and Blue Card language.

You will manage people, budgets, and projects while aligning with corporate guidelines and the DoI requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of health insurance contract operations experience and 1 year of management experience, OR 9 years of health insurance contract operations experience and 1 year of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Enterprise Contract Administration department responsible for drafting, vetting and filing all group and retail member and employer documents.
• Provide subject matter expertise on employer and member documents (certificate booklets, ASAs, BPAs, etc).
• Oversee updates to member and employer masters and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead special projects and legislative task forces.
• Manage staff including hiring, training, performance management and budget responsibilities.
