Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an IFM Operations Support Manager to lead operational support across facility contracts and drive performance excellence. This role acts as a liaison among operations teams, clients, and service partners to ensure service delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing SLAs/KPIs, coaching site managers, and leveraging CMMS systems to optimize assets and workflows. Richmond, VA on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years in facility management operations; 2-3 years in supervisory role within integrated facilities.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms (Corrigo) and other facility management software.
• Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety); advanced MS Office & Google Suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Certifications preferred: CFM, FMP, PMP, LEED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational support across multiple facility management contracts.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, drive standard processes for quality.
• Manage client inquiries and establish regular business reviews with stakeholders.
• Coach site managers and promote continuous learning.
• Support contract administration and optimize vendor relationships.
• Leverage CMMS and other technology to track work orders and assets.
