Job summary

SailPoint is the leader in Identity Security, trusted by many Fortune 500 and ASX 50 customers. We seek an Account Executive to sell our Identity Security Solution and lead a cross-functional team to win and expand strategic accounts.

You will engage executives, demonstrate value against competitors, and drive a strong customer experience from discovery through renewal. The role involves leading a virtual team, collaborating with partners, and owning the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business or sales related field.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue quota.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, channel and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Provide tailored solutions aligned to customer and partner needs.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
• Own all aspects of the sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Coordinate with leadership to refine sales strategy and territory plans.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
