You will excel in understanding customer needs, positioning SailPoint against competitors like Microsoft and Okta, and delivering a superior customer experience across the sales cycle. This role involves leading a virtual team and achieving quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling Identity Security or enterprise security solutions.
• Excellent communication and discovery skills.
• Experience leading virtual teams and coordinating with partners.
• Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery to close.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals.
• Address customer and partner inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Develop business plans aligned to your territory.
• Engage with customers and partners to maintain high service levels.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
• Own and manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to close.
• Understand the territory and competitive landscape.
• Forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
