Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Identity Security Solution. You will lead a virtual team of partner resources, presales, deal desk, and customer success to deliver sales wins and strong customer outcomes.

To excel, the role requires a skilled communicator, strategic planner, and collaborative leader who drives the full sales cycle with a focus on value and competitive positioning. Travel up to 50% is expected. Base salaries reflect US market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or global equivalent in IT, business or sales.
• Experience selling Identity Security solutions is advantageous.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and manage channel resources.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
• Address customer and partner inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Develop territory business plans aligned to assigned area.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute partner programs.
• Own all aspects of the sales cycle from qualification to close.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint advantages.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
