Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead and contribute to the Identity Platform. You will manage a team of product developers, balance leadership with hands-on coding, and shape direction with product management.

You'll work with customers and ERP partners to enable secure, scalable authentication across Epicor products. The role blends software engineering leadership, cloud identity platforms, and customer-facing delivery, with a hybrid work model and opportunities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on C# and .NET development with RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Fabric, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (Microsoft Entra/Azure AD).
• Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, Agile or Scrum methodologies, secure coding.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical direction of the Epicor Identity Platform with hands-on development and PR reviews.
• Set objectives for the product development team and track progress across milestones.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and performance feedback.
• Partner with product management to define and execute the Identity Platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with Epicor ERP partners and customers on identity integrations.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives, migrating from Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes.
• Prepare clear delivery status updates for leadership.
