Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead the Epicor Identity Platform, balancing hands-on technical contribution with people leadership and guiding direction in collaboration with product management and ERP partners.

You will mentor engineers, drive delivery milestones, and work with customers to enable identity integrations and secure, scalable services across Epicor products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on C# and .NET development building scalable RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Fabric, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (Microsoft Entra/Azure AD).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, Agile/Scrum, secure coding.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical direction of the Epicor Identity Platform, contributing hands-on development and conducting pull request reviews
• Set objectives for the product development team, assign and prioritize work, and track progress across delivery milestones
• Mentor and support software engineers through code reviews, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback
• Partner with product management to help define and execute the Identity Platform roadmap
• Collaborate with Epicor ERP partners and customers to support identity provider integrations and customer adoption
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives, including migration from Azure Service Fabric to shared Kubernetes environments
• Track team progress and prepare clear delivery and status updates for leadership
