Job summary
Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead and contribute to the Epicor Identity Platform. You will balance hands-on software engineering with people leadership, guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and partnering with product management and customers.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on C#/.NET development with scalable REST APIs.
- 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure and Identity platforms.
- Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills for complex systems.
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines in modern DevOps
Responsibilities
- Support technical direction of Epicor Identity Platform with hands-on development.
- Set objectives, prioritize work, and track delivery milestones for the team.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and performance feedback.
- Partner with product management to define Identity Platform roadmap.
- Collaborate with ERP partners and customers on identity integrations.
- Contribute to cloud infra initiatives including Kubernetes migration.
