Job summary

Epicor seeks an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead a team of developers focused on the Epicor Identity Platform. You will balance hands-on coding with people leadership, guiding technical direction and partnering with product management while collaborating with customers and ERP partners.

You will mentor engineers, drive the roadmap, support identity provider integrations, and contribute to cloud infra initiatives such as migrating from Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on C#/.NET development experience.
• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (e.g., Entra/Azure AD).
• Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on development and review pull requests.
• Set objectives, assign work, and track milestones for delivery.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and feedback.
• Partner with product management to define Identity Platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with ERP partners and customers on identity integrations.
• Support cloud infra initiatives including Kubernetes migration.
• Prepare delivery updates for leadership.
