Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead a hands-on team delivering secure, scalable identity services across Epicor products. You will balance technical contribution with people leadership, guiding architectural direction and collaborating with product management and ERP partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on C# and .NET development with RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Fabric, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (Microsoft Entra/Azure AD).
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Proficient in Git, branching strategies, Agile/Scrum, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development team: set objectives, assign work, track milestones.
• Contribute hands-on development and review pull requests for the Identity Platform.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and performance feedback.
• Partner with product management to define and execute the Identity Platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with ERP partners and customers for identity provider integrations.
• Support cloud infrastructure initiatives, including migration to Kubernetes environments.
• Provide clear delivery updates for leadership.
