Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead a team of product developers focused on the Epicor Identity Platform. You will balance hands-on coding with people leadership, guiding technical direction and collaborating with product management and ERP partners.

In this hybrid role based in the United States, you will mentor engineers, review PRs, define milestones, and drive secure, scalable authentication services across Epicor products.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development and technical leadership.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with identity platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra).
• Strong debugging and performance troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Epicor Identity Platform engineering efforts.
• Set objectives, assign work, and track milestones for the team.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and feedback.
• Collaborate with product management to define the Identity Platform roadmap.
• Work with ERP partners and customers on identity provider integrations.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives including Kubernetes.
