Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead and contribute to the Epicor Identity Platform. You will balance hands‑on software engineering with people leadership, guiding technical direction and collaborating with product management, customers, and ERP partners.

You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, and steer cloud infra initiatives from Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes, while delivering secure, scalable authentication services across Epicor products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development.
• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Fabric, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (Microsoft Entra/Azure AD).
• Strong debugging skills and performance issue resolution.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical direction of the Epicor Identity Platform, contributing hands-on development and PR reviews.
• Set objectives for the product development team, assign and prioritize work, and track progress.
• Mentor software engineers through code reviews and performance feedback.
• Partner with product management to define and execute the Identity Platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with ERP partners and customers for identity provider integrations.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives, including migration to Kubernetes environments.
• Track team progress and deliver clear status updates for leadership.
