Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead a team of engineers and contribute technically across the Epicor Identity Platform. You will drive architectural decisions while mentoring developers, aligning with product management, and ensuring secure, scalable authentication services across Epicor products.

You will guide migrations to Kubernetes, collaborate with customers and ERP partners on identity integrations, and deliver progress updates to leadership, balancing

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in C# and .NET development.
• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Service Fabric and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (Microsoft Entra/Azure AD).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with Git, modern branching strategies, Agile/Scrum, and secure coding practices.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support technical direction of the Epicor Identity Platform with hands-on development and PR reviews.
• Set objectives for the product development team and track milestones.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and feedback.
• Partner with product management to define Identity Platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with ERP partners/customers for identity integrations.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure migrations from Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes.
• Provide clear delivery/status updates to leadership.
