Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development in Milton, GA to lead a team of product developers while contributing technically to the Epicor Identity Platform.

You will balance people leadership with hands-on coding, shape the platform roadmap with product management, and collaborate with customers and ERP partners to deliver secure, scalable authentication services across Epicor products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on C#/.NET development
• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (Microsoft Entra / Azure AD)

Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on development and review PRs for Epicor Identity Platform
• Set objectives, assign work, and track delivery milestones
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and feedback
• Collaborate with product management to define Identity Platform roadmap
• Work with ERP partners and customers on identity provider integrations
• Support cloud infra initiatives, including moving to Kubernetes
• Prepare delivery updates for leadership
