Job summary

Epicor seeks an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead a team delivering the Identity Platform across Epicor products. You will guide technical direction, contribute hands-on development, and partner with product management and ERP partners.

You will mentor engineers, drive delivery milestones, and help migrate infrastructure to Kubernetes. Strong .NET, Azure, and identity management experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development.
• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure including Azure Service Fabric and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (Microsoft Entra/Azure AD).
• Strong debugging skills for complex systems and performance.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Proficient in Git, modern branching, Agile/Scrum, and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product developers, balancing people leadership with hands-on coding.
• Define objectives, prioritize work, and track progress across milestones.
• Review code and provide ongoing performance feedback to engineers.
• Partner with product management to define Identity Platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with ERP partners and customers for identity provider integrations.
• Drive cloud infra initiatives, migrating from Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes environments.
• Prepare clear delivery/status updates for leadership.
