Job summary

Verland Foundation Inc. in Bethel Park, PA seeks a Residential Manager for the CLA division to lead direct care staff, ensure program fidelity, and maintain regulatory compliance across homes. The role requires on-call availability and involves training, scheduling, and supervising staff to support residents with IDD.

Qualifications

• Must be able/willing to be on-call 24/7.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in Human Services.
• Working knowledge of residential practices and IDD understanding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be certified in First Aid and CPR, and have state-required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the home to ensure daily programs and activities are carried out and documented across all shifts.
• Plans, organizes, and directs the operations of the house; reinforces the hierarchy of care and agency expectations.
• Supervises staff and ensures implementation of individual programs.
• Monitors staff performance and reports findings to the Program Specialist/Manager.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and maintains incident reporting.
