The Verland Foundation Inc. in Bethel Park, PA, is seeking a Residential Manager to lead our CLA division homes. The role involves training, scheduling, and supervising direct care staff while maintaining high care and compliance standards.

This is a 24/7 on-call, salaried, exempt position at our residential locations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating care plans, and ensuring incident reporting and documentation are thorough.

Qualifications

• Must be able/willing to be on-call 24/7.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with residential practices and IDD is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home across shifts.
• Supervise staff and ensure implementation of individual programs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accurate reporting.
