Verland in Bethel Park, PA is seeking a Residential Manager to lead care operations for our CLA division. This role requires supervising direct care staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety, and maintaining high compliance standards across assigned homes.

The position is 24/7 on-call, salaried and exempt, with a focus on training, documentation, and community engagement to support residents and staff within a compassionate care framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Education preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR.
• Knowledge of residential care practices and disability services.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the home across all shifts.
• Plans, organizes, and directs house operations.
• Supervises staff and ensures implementation of programs.
• Maintains accurate incident reporting and documentation.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conducts monthly fire drills and safety trainings.
• Trains and supervises newly hired staff.
• Interacts with the community to coordinate activities and medical visits.
