Job summary

Concept Pharmacy Services is seeking a Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with our long-term care partners throughout Northeast Pennsylvania. This full-time role covers the Northeast PA territory and serves as the primary contact for facility leaders, nursing staff, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and capable of identifying concerns and coordinating timely solutions with pharmacy departments.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with long-term care facilities.
• Serve as primary pharmacy contact for facility leadership and staff.
• Conduct regular facility visits and account reviews (6–8 weeks).
• Maintain territory visit schedule and current facility contacts.
• Identify facility concerns and coordinate timely solutions with pharmacy teams.
• Communicate updates, changes, and service expectations to facilities.
• Work with internal teams (pharmacy, delivery, billing) to meet needs.
• Document significant issues and resolutions for accounts.
