Job summary

St. Luke's Health–The Vintage Hospital in Northwest Houston is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across the patient care continuum.

You will perform thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role requires strong critical thinking, a patient-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Of Science Nursing and one year RN experience.
• Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance or meets experience requirements upon hire.
• Registered Nurse TX license upon hire.
• BLS CPR within 14 days; ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of patient’s condition and care needs; notifies changes to physician.
• Designs, directs, evaluates, and documents the plan of care and discharge goals.
• Prepares patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies; reports significant changes.
• Reassesses patients and modifies interventions in coordination with the physician.
