Qualifications

• Associate's Of Science Nursing required.
• One (1) year of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse: TX license upon hire.
• BLS/CPR within 14 days.
• ACLS within 6 months.
• PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition; notify doctor of changes.
• Planning: design, direct, evaluate and document plan of care and discharge goals.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments, report changes, support safety protocols.
• Evaluation: re-evaluate patients after interventions and adjust care.
• Report Skills: provide accurate bedside shift reports and hand over to oncoming shift.
