Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• TX RN license required upon hire.
• BLS CPR within 14 days; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient condition and needs.
• Planning: design and document plan of care and daily goals.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments, report changes, ensure safety.
• Evaluation: reassess and adjust care as patient needs evolve.
• Report Skills: provide comprehensive bedside reports for oncoming shift.
