Qualifications

• BLS CPR certification within 14 days.
• ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care.
• Plan and document the plan of care and discharge needs.
• Prepare patients for treatments and report changes.
• Reassess and modify care as needed.
• Provide Bedside Shift Reports with family participation.
