You will conduct thorough assessments, implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic, patient‑centered environment. The position requires an Associate of Science in Nursing, TX RN licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an Associate of Science in Nursing and TX RN licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience on hire.
• CPR certification required within 14 days; ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient condition with nursing care.
• Planning: design, direct, evaluate and document the plan of care and discharge needs.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments, report changes to team, ensure safety practices.
• Evaluation: reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: provide accurate bedside shift reports with family involvement.
