Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment of patient condition and ongoing reassessment.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document the plan of care and teaching.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and studies; maintain patient safety.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide accurate handoffs and reports to oncoming staff.
