Qualifications

• Associate's of Science in Nursing required.
• Active RN license in Texas (or eligible upon hire).
• 1+ year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and ongoing basis.
• Plan, direct, evaluate and document the care plan.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries and studies.
• Reassess and modify care as patient needs change.
• Provide bedside reports to oncoming staff; ensure continuity of care.
