Qualifications

• Associate's of Science Nursing degree required.
• At least 1 year RN experience required.
• Current RN license in TX at time of hire.
• BLS CPR required; ACLS and PALS may be required within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and provide nursing care across physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Design, direct, evaluate, and document the plan of care; educate patients and families; coordinate discharge planning.
