• RN licensed in Ohio.

• Experience in critical care ICU settings is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic nursing assessments and develop prioritised care plans for ICU patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and handoffs.
• Provide patient and family education relevant to diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in continuous quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Document care processes accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain infection control practices.
