Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks a Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines and float across CVICU, SICU, and MICU as needed. You will care for critically ill patients and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Candidates should be comfortable floating between ICU environments, applying evidence-based practice, and adhering to Ohio Nurse Practice Act and ANA ethics.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for critically ill patients in ICU settings.
• Ability to float between multiple ICU environments.
• Knowledge of ANA code of ethics and Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Care for ICU patients with critical illness across CVICU, SICU, MICU as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in patient handoffs and discharge planning.
