The Christ Hospital Health Network in Ohio is seeking a Resource Float Pool RN to support our ICU service lines, including CVICU, SICU, and MICU. Candidates should have experience caring for critically ill patients and be comfortable floating between multiple ICU environments.

Qualifications

  • Experience caring for critically ill patients across ICU environments.
  • Currently licensed to practice as an RN in Ohio.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required or in progress as applicable.

Responsabilités

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across ICU specialties.
  • Perform thorough nursing assessments and respond to patient needs per ANA guidelines.
  • Coordinate handoffs using SBAR and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
