Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Resource Float Pool RN to support our ICU service lines, including CVICU, SICU and MICU at our main campus. You will float between units, provide evidence-based critical care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Candidates must hold a current Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months for ICU areas, and demonstrate the ability to work across high-acuity environments.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Ohio.
• BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months for ICU/step-down.
• Experience caring for critically ill patients in ICU settings.

Responsibilities

• Float between ICU environments to support CVICU, SICU and MICU.
• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
• Participate in handoffs, patient safety, and care planning.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR per policy.
