• Perform holistic patient assessments and ongoing nursing care across ICU specialties.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate using SBAR; participate in handoffs.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning as part of the care plan.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR reflecting plan of care and patient response.
• Demonstrate leadership, mentorship, and professional development within the unit.
