Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Resource Float Pool RN to support our ICU service lines. Candidates should have experience caring for critically ill patients and be comfortable floating between multiple ICU environments.

Resource Float Pool RNs may also support other areas throughout the hospital based on patient care and staffing needs. Ohio license and ICUcertifications are essential, with ACLS within 6 months and BLS required prior to patient contact.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Ohio RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS required within 6 months for ICU areas.
• Experience in caring for critically ill patients in ICU settings.
• Ability to float between CVICU, SICU and MICU as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in CVICU, SICU and MICU as part of float pool.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient outcomes.
• Adapt to staffing needs and support other hospital areas when required.
