Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II for ICQA to oversee cycle counts, inventories, audits, and related quality routines at a high-volume facility. You will coach ICQA leads and associates while driving accuracy and continuous improvement across inventory processes.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years with WMS/inventory systems, proven leadership, and strong communication skills. This role may require overtime and varying shifts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience with WMS/inventory systems in high-volume facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities for the assigned site.
• Ensure SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective-action processes.
• Review data to identify trends and performance drift.
• Lead weekly reviews with ICQA Operations Manager.
• Support CAPA, audits, and inventory escalations.
• Develop ICQA Leads and Associates.
• Foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Assist root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
