Stord Fulfillment, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager – ICQA to lead site inventory control and quality programs. You will drive data accuracy, coordinate cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations, and partner with site leadership to eliminate root causes of defects.

You will oversee KPI metrics, CAPA implementation, and maintain compliance with customer quality requirements while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and BI teams to optimize processes and reporting.

• Experience leading ICQA and quality programs at a warehouse site.
• Strong data analysis to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and BI teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee ICQA activities: cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects.
• Own site metrics: Inventory Accuracy, Shrink, Audit Completion, Exception Closure Rates.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and CAPA/audit responses.
• Directly manage ICQA Area Managers or Leads; plan staffing and succession.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and BI to optimize ICQA processes and reporting.
