Job summary

Amazon is seeking an ICQA Area Manager to lead its Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team in a high-velocity fulfillment center. You will own safety actions, count accuracy, audits, shift planning, and program delivery while driving continuous improvements to inventory integrity and customer experience.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, Loss Prevention, and operations to develop talent, reduce turnover, and implement policy adherence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Strong communication in English, verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Own safety actions and SOX-aligned compliance for ICQA, including reporting and corrective actions.
• Manage ICQA counts, productivity, and audit metrics per network strategies.
• Plan shifts using roster guidelines and daily execution to budget.
• Deliver PXT programs like ADAPT, Connections, Thrive for your shift.
• Identify defect opportunities and drive actions to improve quality and inventory integrity.
• Support regional and network-wide quality strategies and drive improvements.
• Review customer complaints and defect data to create action plans.
• Coach and develop ICQA team members and set monthly growth plans.
