Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking an ICQA Area Manager II at our Las Vegas site to oversee inventory quality routines and supervise ICQA associates. You will coach staff to excel in current roles and advance, driving accuracy and continuous improvement in a fast-paced facility.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience with warehouse systems. This role requires flexibility for overtime and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high‑volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to transport up to 20 lbs.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects).
• Ensure consistent application of SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes.
• Review daily/weekly data to identify trends, high‑risk areas, and performance drift, including workload planning.
• Conduct weekly reviews with ICQA Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Directly manage and develop ICQA Leads and Associates; foster accuracy and proactive problem‑solving.
