Job summary

Amazon is seeking an ICQA Operations Manager to lead the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team at the Riverside, CA fulfillment center. You will own ICQA safety, accuracy, and quality initiatives while guiding Area Managers and associates.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-team collaboration, and adherence to policy in a fast-paced environment. You will drive process improvements, manage headcount planning, and partner with site leaders to meet quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English).
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ICQA department including Area Managers, Process Assistants, hourly ICQA count associates, the Inbound Service Support team and hourly damage processing associates.
• Own the implementation of network safety actions and create FC specific ICQA safety actions and compliance to safety goals for ICQA, including reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage KCQA team count and execution strategy to achieve department goals while ensuring SOX controllership compliance.
• Own the quality strategy with FC Site leader/GM to achieve FC quality goals for various metrics.
• Deliver high quality deep dives and root cause attribution and recommended actions to improve ICQA performance across shifts.
