Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking an ICQA Area Manager II to oversee inventory accuracy and quality routines across a high-volume distribution site. You will lead ICQA Leads and Associates, coach teams, and ensure standard work is followed.

You will monitor cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations, drive continuous improvement, and partner with the ICQA Operations Manager to review data, address gaps, and maintain strong safety and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and work in a distribution center environment.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with process improvement (Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects) for the assigned site.
• Ensure SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes are consistently applied.
• Review daily/weekly data to identify trends, high-risk areas, and performance drift; plan workloads accordingly.
• Conduct weekly reviews with ICQA Operations Manager to drive improvement and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements; support CAPA, audit responses, and inventory escalations.
• Directly manage and develop ICQA Leads and Associates; foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation to address gaps and errors.
